Counselor's Corner
You’re the vital link to Loyola.
Because we know the importance of your role in helping students select the right college, we’d like to welcome you and thank you for your support.
You can help them start experiencing Loyola early.
There are so many advantages that Loyola offers, starting even before admission. High school students can discover Loyola in the spring and summer through the Early Scholars and Early Artists Programs, the Upward Bound Program, the Jazz Band Camp, the Ballet Preparatory Program, and the Silver Scribe High School Journalism Competition.
With more than 150 fine and performing arts programs, athletic games and guest lecture series, there is always something happening on our campus. Have your students check out our Calendar of Events and urge them to schedule a complete visit during our many activities!
We encourage high school counselors to visit Loyola University New Orleans during the academic year. We are happy to arrange an individual campus tour and a meeting with the admissions representative assigned to your high school. Student-led tours are available Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and on select Saturdays. Please call us at 1-800-4-Loyola or (504) 865-3240 or email admit@loyno.edu to schedule an appointment. For more information, contact our campus visit coordinator at (504) 865-3240.
Our admissions counselors frequently travel to towns all across America and abroad. To set up an interview with a Loyola admissions counselor in your town, please call the Office of Admissions at 1-800-4LOYOLA or (504) 865-3240 or e-mail admit@loyno.edu.
