President's Open House

President's Open House is an informative and fun-filled day for the admitted students to visit campus and gain further insight into the Loyola experience. Events include special interest sessions, departmental and student organization fair, and the President's Reception. More information will be arriving in your mailbox soon!

Registration

You will need your Campus Wide ID Number (CWID) in order to register for President's Open House.

You can find your CWID in your acceptance letter or by contacting the Office of Admissions at (504) 865-3240.

To register, please complete the registration form. When registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with details regarding your scheduled visit.

Travel Arrangements

Please DO NOT make travel arrangements until you have registered for President's Open House and received a confirmation email.

Nunemaker Auditorium in Monroe Hall will serve as overflow with streaming from Roussel Hall.

9:30 A.M. - 10:00 A.M.

Magis In The Making - Parents and students break into groups

Location: Roussel Performance Hall (Corner of Calhoun St. and St. Charles Ave.)

Ticket Information: Free and open to the public - No Ticket Required

 

Deposit stations are available in the St. Charles Room, University Sports Complex, and Thomas Hall.

Financial Aid & Scholarships will be taking walk-in appointments throughout the program in the St. Charles Room of the Danna Student Center.
