President's Open House

Saturday, April 22, 2017- We Loved Welcoming You to Loyola!

President's Open House Deux is an informative and fun-filled day for the admitted students to visit campus and gain further insight into the Loyola experience. Events include special interest sessions, departmental and student organization fair, and the President's Reception. More information will be arriving in your mailbox soon!

Registration

You will need your Campus Wide ID Number (CWID) in order to register for President's Open House Deux.

You can find your CWID in your acceptance letter or by contacting the Office of Admissions at (504) 865-3240.

To register, please complete the registration form. When registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with details regarding your scheduled visit.

Travel Arrangements

Please DO NOT make travel arrangements until you have registered for President's Open House and received a confirmation email.

Sessions run simultaneously, so choose your own adventure! Your program will have all the details on Saturday.

President's Reception and University Fair - Danna Student Center

Campus Tours will be departing from Monroe Library

Residential Hall Tours in Buddig and Biever Halls

4:00 P.M.

Vigil Mass At Holy Name Of Jesus Church - Optional

Deposit stations are available in the Audubon Room and Thomas Hall.

Financial Aid & Scholarships will be taking walk-in appointments throughout the program in the Audubon Room of the Danna Student Center.
