President's Open House is an informative and fun-filled day for the admitted students to visit campus and gain further insight into the Loyola experience. Events include special interest sessions, departmental and student organization fair, and the President's Reception. More information will be arriving in your mailbox soon!
You will need your Campus Wide ID Number (CWID) in order to register for President's Open House.
You can find your CWID in your acceptance letter or by contacting the Office of Admissions at (504) 865-3240.
To register, please complete the registration form. When registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with details regarding your scheduled visit.
Please DO NOT make travel arrangements until you have registered for President's Open House and received a confirmation email.

Deposit stations are available in the St. Charles Room and Thomas Hall.
Financial Aid & Scholarships will be taking walk-in appointments throughout the program in the St. Charles Room of the Danna Student Center.
