Biography

I grew up just outside of Orlando, Fla., and came to New Orleans four years ago. I love New Orleans' long history and current vitality. It’s a world-renowned center of culture. I really enjoy walking through the French Quarter and checking out the various shops and restaurants -- I discover something new every time! Being the Music and Fine Arts admissions counselor allows me to share what's great about Loyola and New Orleans.

The local music, theatre and art scenes are absolutely thrilling. I never cease to be amazed. Whether it's catching some jazz down on Frenchmen Street or a symphony concert; a stage production of a classic or a world premiere; or strolling through the art galleries on Julia Street or the New Orleans Museum of Art, I always find New Orleans has something exciting to offer.

The best recommendation I can make to prospective students is to come to Loyola and let the campus, faculty and our various programs impress you; and to let New Orleans charm you!
