Biography
The best advice I can give to a freshman student: Do something unexpected. My best experiences in college were the ones I never predicted I would have. I took part in Model UN, voyaged on a service trip to Appalachia in Tennessee and studied in Grenoble, France instead of Paris as I had intended.
You never know what opportunities will come your way during your undergraduate career. Keep an open mind so that when new and different experiences present themselves, you are ready to take the chance to explore them. My second piece of advice -- exercise. It is beneficial for you on all accounts and will keep you sane in your most stressful moments.
