Campus tours are scheduled two weeks in advance and include an information session and a tour of the campus facilities. Visitors may opt only to participate in the tour of the campus facilities if needed.
Loyola offers opportunities for groups of 10-60 people (including chaperones) to visit campus. Group tours are intended for high school and college-bound groups (9th – 12th grade from a high school or associated with a college-bound program based at a college or university). All other groups are encouraged to visit Loyola on their own and participate in a SELF-GUIDED WALKING TOUR.
Group tours are held Monday through Friday at 10:00am and 2:00pm (or by appointment only). It includes an information session with an admissions counselor and a campus tour lead by a student ambassador. Group tours do not include visiting the residential halls or the sports complex. It is required that each group bring one chaperone for every 20 students and charter bus parking is not available on campus due to limited parking spaces.
To schedule a group tour, please call 1.800.4.LOYOLA or email us at email@example.com at least three weeks in advance of your desired date.
If you are in the New Orleans area when the university is closed or would like to explore Loyola on your own, we offer a wonderful SELF-GUIDED WALKING TOUR, which you can take at your own pace. We also have a VIRTUAL TOUR for those that want to explore Loyola from a far or before actually visiting campus.
