For Families

At Loyola, we’re family.

Joining the Wolf Pack is more than packing up your student and sending them down to New Orleans for college. It’s about the connection you and your child will always have to the tight-knit, traditional and spiritual community of Loyola University New Orleans.

As a Catholic, Jesuit University, Loyola is an academic community dedicated to the education of the whole person. By thinking critically and acting justly, students are to embody the Ignatian ideals of faith, truth, justice, and service. Loyola graduates use the skills and knowledge they’ve acquired in college to change the world around them in their careers, their continued service projects and in their lives as men and women with and for others.

College is a big step and transition for your family and we’re here to guide you and your student through process of preparing for their future and answer any questions you may have.
